Beef Strip Loin, Wine Reduction, Potato Gratin and Charred Broccolini

Triple Indulgence Chocolate Cake with Macerated Berries

Special Feature: The event will feature live music by a talented harpist. Guests will also have the exclusive opportunity to view a new artifact on display--Bell AH-1W Super Cobra, a historic and iconic piece of Marine Corps aviation history.

​Additional Details: Doors will open at 6:30pm, dinner will be served on Corsair Overlook at 7pm. Gratuity is included in your ticket price; no gratuity or payments will be collected on the evening of the event. Must be 21+ with valid proof of ID to participate in the enhancing wine experience. During this event, access to the Museum galleries is not permitted. Suggested attire for this event is cocktail wear.
